How does it work? (-> Regiondo???) We issue a voucher for you and send it to you by post or email – just as you wish. At the same time you will receive our invoice and as soon as your payment is on our account, your voucher will be activated.

Redeem vouchers: Vouchers are valid for one year and can be redeemed at any time by arrangement.
During the Velotaxi season you can redeem vouchers at any time directly with the Velotaxi driver or you can order your Velotaxi in advance by calling Velo-Ruf: +49(0)178.80 000 41. Outside the Velotaxi season we kindly ask you to reserve your desired date at least 3 working days in advance.

And if it rains?
Our Velotaxis offer good protection against rain. On cool days we provide blankets, so that you can enjoy the ride warmly wrapped. We do not ride along: Storm, storm warnings, black ice, heavy snowfall, thunderstorms, hail and temperatures below 5 degrees.
